New Roots Project exists to create space for women to reflect, create, connect, and grow through life’s changing seasons.

Through guided journals, creative experiences, and meaningful community, my hope is to provide tools that encourage self-reflection, creativity, connection, and the courage to keep growing—even when life looks different than you imagined.

Because growth doesn’t always begin with a bloom. Sometimes, roots grow first.
